The Ukrainian selection for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2025 continues.
The third episode of Shchodennyk Dytyachoho Yevrobachennya 2025 (Junior Eurovision 2025 Diaries) was broadcast last night. In tonightβs episode, the 12 remaining artists were put into pairs for a βMirror Challengeβ. In this challenge, each duo had to come up with a 30-second performance, which another duo would have to replicate. The artists received help from the guest mentors for this episode, MOLODI, who finished second in Vidbir 2025.
At the end of the episode, the Star School panel decided not to eliminate anyone.
The 12 artists still in the running to represent Ukraine at Junior Eurovision 2025 are:

Star School takes place in the Recording House of Radio Ukraine in Kyiv. The artists will train with music industry professionals in performing, singing, acting and choreography. The specialists are:

After evaluations during Star School, six finalists will be chosen for the live final in October. In a change to the rules, the sixth finalist may be a group composed of several artists from βStar Schoolβ. alyona alyona, who represented Ukraine at Eurovision 2024, willΒ writeΒ entries for the finalists of the Ukrainian selection for Junior Eurovision 2025.
The final of the Ukrainian national selection for Junior Eurovision 2025 will take place on October 12. The winner will represent Ukraine in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Tbilisi.
Artem Kotenko represented Ukraine at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with βHear Me Nowβ. He finished 3rd with 203 points, receiving 12 points from the juries of North Macedonia and Poland. This was Ukraineβs best result and first top 3 finish since 2013.

Ukraine in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest
Ukraine debuted in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2006 and has competed in the contest ever since. To date, Ukraine has only won the competition once. In 2012, Anastasiya Petryk won in Amsterdam with the song βNeboβ. She scored 138 points, including eight sets of 12 points. Ukraine has hosted the contest twice, the first time in 2009 and the second in 2013 following their victory in Amsterdam.
