Ready or Not PS5

Released less than a week ago on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, Ready or Not developer VOID Interactive has confirmed the two new console versions have already sold more than one million copies. When including the original PC edition, it has sold over 10 million units in total.

On the milestone, CEO Julio Rodriguez said it took the PC version roughly 36 days to sell one million copies. It has taken around 3.6 days on home consoles. “I’m incredibly proud of the team and what we’ve accomplished together. It’s a huge moment — and one we don’t take for granted,” added Rodriguez.

The intense FPS emulates the tactical experiences of real-life SWAT units, and resembles Rainbow Six: Vegas. Creative director Stirling Rank said the team is impressed by the response to Ready or Not from console players.

“Going from the days of excitement from our Early Access trailer blowing up on PC to seeing the community grow globally so much across platforms is humbling, but testament to the incredible dedication of the entire VOID Interactive team to make this vision a reality for Ready or Not.”
