Fire crews from across West Wales were called to tackle a tractor fire on Friday that had spread to a nearby property. When the fire service arrived flames had engulfed the kitchen and attic space, as well as two hay bales and two cars.

The incident was first reported on the A484 near Llangeler, Carmarthenshire, just after 2pm on July 18 and continued for nearly four hours. Eight sets of breathing apparatus were used, along with a main jet of water and three hose reel jets to contain the blaze.
