Wolverhampton Racecourse, part of Arena Racing Company (ARC), has completed a multi-million investment programme to upgrade the venue to expand its incentive and ‘business meets leisure’ options for meetings and events.

The new improvements will include upgrades across the venue, with the bonus of a brand-new Greyhound Racing track.

Already a well-established venue for corporate events, team building, and horse racing hospitality, the site, locally known as Dunstall Park, now offers an even more versatile and fully integrated solution for the growing number of event planners looking for a mix of daytime meetings and evening team building or incentive activities.

At the same time, the naturally open setting of the racecourse offers space, flexibility, and accessibility in the heart of the Midlands.

Wolverhampton Racecourse, which is one of 16 unique venues in the YourVenue portfolio – the dedicated meetings and events division of ARC, now delivers a range of upgraded features tailored to the needs of event professionals, including:

Expansive outdoor space for festivals, away days, team-building activities, and charity events.

An on-site 54-bedroom hotel, recently refurbished and ideal for multi-day events and residential conferences.

1,500 free on-site parking spaces — removing logistical barriers for delegates and suppliers.

Excellent connectivity to Wolverhampton city centre and the wider West Midlands region.

Loading bays and accessible ground-floor event spaces, ideal for exhibitions, product launches, and trade shows.

David Ideson, executive director of Wolverhampton Racecourse said: “This investment allows us to offer even more flexibility for event organisers, whether they’re planning a conference, trade show, festival or hospitality.”

He added: “We’re proud to be evolving into a true destination for both corporate and consumer events in the region.”
