“Vicki has really missed Sharon, but I think her returning is going to reveal a lot to Vicki about what’s going on in her life,” she said.
“When somebody supports you and loves you, as Sharon does with Vicki, they are not going to be impressed when they see somebody behaving so badly. Vicki can’t see the wood for the trees with Joel, so Sharon’s perspective and opinion will be revealing.”
“On the surface, it might look like Vicki is coping, but underneath, she’s really struggling,” Haig continued. “Vicki doesn’t feel that she has the authority to discipline Joel in the way she wants to. She loves Ross and wants to support him, but she’s also scared of Joel and what he could be capable of.”

Behind the scenes, Haig is delighted to be working with Letitia Dean again.
“She’s the kindest soul in the world and such a great support. I keep thinking about how much there is to explore between Sharon and Vicki, given all the history between them,” the actor explained.
“Sharon is fiercely loyal, and so is Vicki, so they do think of each other as proper sisters, and they look out for each other. But there’s a lot of competition there…”
