During this time, trams will operate every 15 minutes between Wolverhampton Station and Wolverhampton St George’s from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

New Schedule Details
From Monday to Saturday, the timetable will follow these changes:
Early Morning (Before 7:00 AM): Trams will run every 15 minutes between Wolverhampton Station and Edgbaston Village.Daytime (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM): Services will operate every 15 minutes between Wolverhampton Station and Wolverhampton St George’s, as well as between Wolverhampton St George’s and Edgbaston Village. During this period, the frequency of trams between The Royal and Edgbaston Village will increase to every 8 minutes.Evening (After 7:00 PM): The timetable will revert to running every 15 minutes between Wolverhampton Station and Edgbaston Village.
On Sundays, trams will run every 12 minutes between Wolverhampton Station and Edgbaston Village. However, please note that Wolverhampton St George’s will not be served before 7:00 AM, after 7:00 PM, or on Sundays during this period.
Upcoming Works and Timetable Adjustments
Beginning Sunday, October 19, essential upgrade works will start at Wolverhampton St George’s station and along Birmingham’s Broad Street, which will lead to further modifications in the timetable. These updates are crucial for supporting the Eastside extension and improving overall service efficiency.
From October 19 to October 31, trams will only run between Wolverhampton Station and the Library stop. As a result, there will be no service extending beyond this point, and passengers traveling to or from Edgbaston Village will need to adjust their journeys accordingly.
Starting October 31, services will once again extend to Edgbaston Village as work progresses, but Wolverhampton St George’s will remain unavailable until early November, when it is expected to fully reopen as part of the permanent timetable.
