Formula 1 returns to the Strip this November 20–22, and while the on-track action will deliver its usual dose of adrenaline, the Las Vegas Grand Prix is making sure the food and drink live up to the same high-octane standard.
Each fan zone and hospitality space along the circuit will roll out its own signature menu, designed to match the pace of race weekend. Expect everything from trackside comfort favorites — think short rib grilled cheese and Cuban-style mojo pulled pork — to globally inspired dishes that nod to other Grand Prix destinations.
The lineup is a mix of local flavor and international star power: Gordon Ramsay and David “Papi” Einhorn will serve signature plates straight from their own F1 hospitality garages, while DO & CO brings its modern approach to global fine dining in the Paddock Club. Add in a roster of Las Vegas’ best vendors and you’ve got a culinary experience designed to rival the thrill of the race itself.
