Carlos Alcaraz and Emma Raducanu will both take part in an exhibition match later this year. The duo are among the most-watched players on the respective men’s and women’s tours, with the event set to take place in Miami.
It will be held in December at loanDepot park, home of the local baseball team, the Miami Marlins. Alcaraz will headline the inaugural Miami Invitational, with the six-time Grand Slam champion set to face fellow star boy Joao Fonseca.
Meanwhile, Raducanu will instead feature against Amanda Anisimova, this year’s Wimbledon and US Open runner-up. The matches will be best-of-three sets with a 10-point tiebreaker for the third set if necessary.
When quizzed about the exhibition, Alcaraz said: “I love playing in Miami, the fans always bring incredible energy. I’m thrilled to take the court for this first event at loanDepot park, with Joao, Amanda, and Emma.”

While Fonseca added: “Sharing the court with Carlos, Amanda, and Emma at loanDepot park will be epic. Miami’s fans, especially the Brazilian community, will make this night truly special.”
Anisimova, a Florida resident, said: “Playing in my hometown at loanDepot park with these stars is going to be incredible. Miami always delivers the biggest events, and I can’t wait for December!”
The event will mark the first-ever tennis match played at the baseball stadium, with tickets set to go on sale next month. The Miami Marlins President of Business Caroline O’Connor said: “Bringing four of the top talents in the sport of tennis in Carlos Alcaraz, Joao Fonseca, Amanda Anisimova, and Emma Raducanu to loanDepot park for this first-ever event places South Florida at the centre court of the global sports stage.
“By hosting this premier exhibition, we reinforce our standing as the ultimate destination for the most prestigious events in sports and entertainment, and we’re honoured to showcase our ability to deliver world-class experiences for all major events at our one-of-a-kind venue.”
The exhibition will come towards the end of the tennis season for both the ATP and WTA players, and will likely mark their final outing before a brief winter break. They’ll return to the court shortly after Christmas, as preparations for the 2026 Australian Open begin to ramp up.
