The facility, called Penrhos Electrical Bike Track, is situated at Penrhos Farm in Brymbo.
It opens this Saturday (October 4) and will be a place where bikers can legally ride on a safe, fun and legitimate track.

James Rogers, who is behind the new facility, said: “It just gives people a safe place to come on their bikes without being on playing fields or on paths or roads – where the public can get hurt.
“I’m hoping to get a bit of support of the council and the police as the police are having problems with Surron bikes all the time.
“I’m also going to be employing disengaged people from the Caia Park Partnership centre to give them a chance in life. So I’m trying to put a bit back into the community.”
The track will be open from 10am until 3.30pm on weekends, and booking a slot is essential. Bookings can be made at https://shorturl.at/TFJAh.

All riders must sign a disclaimer and wear the correct personal protective equipment (PPE).
Bookings are priced at £20 children, £30 for adults.
