Footage of Billie Eilish being violently pulled at the barricade of her Miami show has been circulating on social media.

The popstar recently kicked off the first of three dates at Miami’s Kaseya Centre, where she is currently touring her third studio album ‘Hit Me Hard And Soft‘.

While at the barricade for the song ‘Everything I Wanted’, the singer was filmed being violently pulled into the crowd on two occasions.

In the first instance, Eilish was yanked into the crowd as she was attempting to brush her hands across the crowd’s. She managed to free herself with the help of security, who was seen pushing a crowd member away from her.

On the second occasion, Eilish fell into the crowd, causing security to rush in and locate the singer. It’s unclear who pulled her in on both instances. So far, she has not commented on either of the incidents.

However, fans have since reacted to the footage, with one fan proclaiming: “Every time billie tries to do something special for us someone ruins it”. Meanwhile, another commented: “Oh she looks SO done – not surprised if she stops doing the barricade, poor Billie’s still human. I hope she’s ok.”

When Eilish last visited the UK, we reviewed her show and gave it five stars, calling it “another sublime stint from an eternal star”: “It’s the perfect example of how Eilish has grown in the last three years and since the start of her career – always an artist who’s been able to write killer songs, but one who consistently finds a way to level up and tap deeper into universal emotions.

“Her latest O2 residency may be over now, but next time we see Eilish in London, we bet it’ll be with shows – and songs – that take her to even greater heights.”

We also reviewed ‘Hit Me Hard And Soft’ when it landed in May 2024, which we gave four stars. “Billie came into this process with aspirations to find herself, creatively and personally: ‘Hit Me Hard and Soft’ remains distinctly unique, a portrait of a singular talent entering young adulthood, exploring her queerness and experiencing the emotional thrill and (sometimes) catastrophe of chasing passion or falling in love.

“In trying to write an album for herself, she’s made one that will resonate harder than anything she’s done before,” we wrote.

Elsewhere, Billie Eilish is among the many celebrities including Leonardo DiCaprio, Jon Steward and more to pay tribute to Jane Goodall.
