Construction has started on a £7m primary care hub in Doncaster.
The Bentley Primary Care Centre on Chapel Street will bring together two existing GP practices; Don Valley Healthcare and The Ransome Practice.
Anthony Fitzgerald, NHS South Yorkshire’s executive place director for Doncaster, said the development was “brilliant news” for the area and surrounding communities.
“A new state of the art primary care centre will ensure our communities are serviced by the best possible efficient healthcare which meets their needs,” he added.
