Kieran Marsh, a 35mm film and vintage camera enthusiast, will showcase his work at a Mall Galleries exhibition this autumn after his work was selected from more than 6,500 entries.
Mr Marsh captures day-to-day British life, aiming to highlight the warmth and imperfections of analogue photography.
The exhibition, titled ING Discerning Eye, will display selected works from 529 artists and was curated by figures such as artist Polly Morgan, journalist Rosie Millard and museum director Dr Chris Stephens.
The show will run from Friday, November 14 to Sunday, November 23 and is open to the public at no charge.
Before artists entered, an exhibition spokesperson said: “The ING Discerning Eye is calling for entries for a brand-new edition.
“The show gives artists the opportunity to showcase their work at the Mall Galleries in London in a unique virtual exhibition, with the chance to win a range of prizes, including the ING Purchase Prize, worth £5,000.”
The online submission process was open until August 28.
