The site will be showing a series of classic horror films and family favourites for two weekends in the Goods Yard.

It all starts with the 1991 version of The Addams Family on Saturday, October 25. The film stars Anjelica Huston, Christina Ricci and Christopher Lloyd as members of the creepy, kooky family.

That afternoon, audiences can see Michael J. Fox transform into a hairy, howling creature in 1980s hit movie Teen Wolf, followed by an adults-only screening of The Exorcist in the evening.

The Academy Award-winning supernatural thriller will mark the first time that the Harbour has shown an over-18s-only film on its outdoor screen.

The following day, on Sunday, October 26, families will once again be welcome to watch animated comedy Hotel Transylvania, featuring voice actors Adam Sandler, Andy Samberg and Selena Gomez.

The attraction will take a break during the week before starting up again on Saturday, November 1, with a trip to New York City with the original Ghostbusters.

The 1984 film boasts an all-star cast, including Bill Murray and Sigourney Weaver, and has spawned multiple sequels and remakes over the years.

Then, later that day, fans of Tim Burton can revisit the Deetz family with 2024’s Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. The sequel sees Michael Keaton return as the sleazy, sneaky ‘bio-exorcist’ Betelgeuse.

The evening will finish off with another grown-up blockbuster, The Thing. The sci-fi horror, directed by John Carpenter and starring Kurt Russell, has been giving audiences the creeps since 1982.

The final film of the series is Hocus Pocus, a ‘90s classic that follows a trio of witches who are brought back to life to run riot in Salem on Halloween night.

The family comedy, which features Bette Midler and Sarah Jessica Parker in lead roles, will be rounding off the cinema event on Sunday, November 2.

All films are free to watch and there’s no need to book. Visitors will need to bring ID for The Exorcist and The Thing screenings.
