Zhilei Zhang has urged Moses Itauma to hand him a contract for a December 13 fight.
Itauma has yet to secure a fight for his planned return date just before Christmas, where he is being plotted to fight alongside Derek Chisora in Manchester.

Many opponents have come and gone, with Filip Hrgovic believed to be one of many rejecting the fight, with an undisclosed opponent even demanding a purse of $3.5 million.
The clock is ticking for Itauma, who has been linked with a number of alternative names including Michael Hunter.
But it is now a new operator, in 42-year-old veteran Zhang who has put his name forward.
He said: “Moses Itauma is a great fighter.
“I watched a couple of his fights and he knocked out Dillian Whyte in one round.
“Fantastic, but for the time being, right now, we haven’t received anything from Itauma in terms of fighting him.”
If he wants to fight me, I want to see that contract, I will sign it.”
‘Big Bang’ hasn’t fought since being brutally stopped by Agit Kabayel earlier in the year.
But prior, the Chinese heavyweight was in good form and had inflicted KO defeat of his own against Deontay Wilder last year.
Zhang is extremely keen to secure his place on the card, and has also offered to fight veteran Chisora, who will fight for the 50th and final time on the card.
Who will Moses Itauma fight in December?

Itauma is looking for another big step as he prepares for potential world honours in 2026
For now, the dilemma remains for Itauma who is yet to make his next bout official.
A number of names have thrown themselves into the hat including Charles Martin, Zhang and Frank Sanchez who Itauma has himself rejected.
But in another incredible option, Joseph Parker threw his name into the hat.
The leading contender will first face Fabio Wardley later this month, but has sensationally offered to touch gloves with the young prodigy two months later.
And his promoter Warren insists it will be soon when the boxing world discovers who is next.
He revealed: “Everyone is jostling for position so we are trying to make the right matches for Moses at the right time.

“I had one manager asking for $3.5 million for the fight, which is totally nuts. What planet are these people on?
“But Moses will get his time and if he wins a world title then they will be queuing up to fight him.
“That’s how it works and I’d rather it be my problem than somebody else’s.”
