ITV Big Brother fans have been left fearing that one of the show’s most controversial housemates could be making an unexpected comeback after a very telling clue
Big Brother fans spot huge clue that ‘terrifying’ ex star is re-entering house
Big Brother fans have spotted a huge clue that a former contestant could be set to join the latest series in a bombshell twist.
Eagle-eyed social media users have detected that 2024 housemate Ryan Bradshaw has suddenly put his Instagram and TikTok pages on private, which is a requirement for all housemates appearing on the ITV show.
The contestant became the first to be kicked out of the house in the last series on ITV and has since admitted that housemates can get away with very little as Big Brother is always watching. The 28-year-old marketing and events worker from Blackpool was rather unpopular on the show due to his controversial right-wing views.
Now, many Big Brother fans have shared their disdain at the thought of the controversial housemate making a comeback. One eagle-eyed fan took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share a screenshot of Ryan’s Instagram page, proving that he has now set his profile to private.

Ryan was an incredibly controversial contestant last year
Alongside the post, the user teased: “He’s gone private. I’m so sorry guys.” In response, another X user said: “Nooooo! They cannot bring him back into the house. He was the first voted out last year for a GOOD reason.”
Another echoed: “They’d be literally crazy to give him any more airtime. He was the worst of the worst, omg.” Someone else chimed in: “I will refuse to watch if they bring him back, and I mean that. The house is perfect as it is now. They don’t need to bring anyone else in.”
Others were much more sceptical about Ryan suddenly changing his settings to private, as several suggested that he was simply doing it for attention. “This is a terrifying thought. He’s just trying to get attention, I fear.”
Someone else said: “You have taken the bait hook, line, and sinker.” While another added: “Well, he was the most boring housemate ever, so that would be rather underwhelming, wouldn’t it?”
Ryan was the first contestant booted from the house last year
The speculation about Ryan comes after Big Brother contestant George Gilbert revealed the real reason he was removed from the house following repeated use of unacceptable language and behaviour.
The parish councillor, 23, was given a formal warning by Big Brother during Monday night’s episode after he made a fellow housemate cry by apparently mocking them. George later opened up about the situation on his YouTube channel.
Appearing on screen from his home, George told viewers: “Well here we are. I didn’t want to be making this video. I didn’t think I would have to make this video. But the people want to know what it was that I said to get booted out of the Big Brother house.
The Big Brother star went on to add that he went on the show in the hopes of ‘spreading his beliefs’ and garnering more fans for his YouTube channel, which he hopes to make his full-time career.
“They brand Big Brother as a social experiment where you can discuss things and be on a political spectrum. I wanted to meet new people and people who would challenge my beliefs and maybe help me learn something about myself and see if they could change my mind about some of my beliefs,” George added.

“I thought by going into the house and spreading what I believe as the truth that it would not only help me cement my views if they are right, or it would help other people see a different side of the story.”
However, it was George’s views that got him kicked out of the Big Brother house in the end, as he admitted that he pushed the boundaries far too much.
George said he was ‘distraught’ after getting a verbal warning on the first night in the house. George told his housemates that he “doesn’t believe that anyone is intrinsically good or evil” and went on to use the most extreme example of Adolf Hitler.
George added that he received a second complaint from Big Brother on day three when he expressed an offensive reason for not wanting to have a child with a Black woman.
Of his second formal complaint from Big Brother, George said: “I like touching the boundaries and maybe I’m in the wrong but what I said was, as a ginger with blue eyes – I’m like the rarest form of human on earth – because red hair is recessive and not a dominant gene.”

In the end, it was George’s hurtful and homophobic comments about fellow housemate Sam that got him removed from the house. “I said in the diary room after Sam was crying about what I said that ‘if you can’t take the heat then get out of the Big Brother house’. So that was it.”
A Big Brother spokesperson said at the time of his exit: “Following repeated use of unacceptable language and behaviour, George has been removed from the Big Brother House with immediate effect and will no longer participate in the programme.”
George’s comments did not air due to them being contrary to broadcasting standards. It has also been reported that George was given several warnings before the latest incident, most of which were not broadcast as the language was also contrary to broadcasting standards.
