Rodgers says the pressure at Parkhead is like almost nothing else in football as he gave an interview with the English-based BBC

Brendan Rodgers says managing Celtic makes other jobs feel like a ‘holiday’ – because it’s about more than just winning.
The Irishman is enduring perhaps the toughest season across his two spells in charge with unrest growing beneath the surface despite their fine domestic start to the season.
A dreadful transfer window and failure to qualify for the Champions League has sparked a full-scale fan revolt with fresh protests planned to hit the board in the pocket and while much of the heat has been directed at Michael Nicholson and Peter Lawwell, Rodgers is feeling the pressure too.
Fans want to know whether he’ll be staying around beyond the end of his contract which expires in the summer but he’s been tight-lipped, reassuring them only that he has no plans to leave mid-season like he did for Leicester last time around.
And Rodgers, who has also managed a number of clubs down south including Liverpool, Swansea and the Foxes, says nothing quite compares to being in the dugout at Celtic.

Speaking to the BBC’s Football Interview show which will be aired UK wide on Saturday: “Celtic is right up there with the most pressurised jobs in football.
“With Celtic it’s the expectation to win every single game, and not just win the game, but do it in a style that is synonymous with the club.
“It was the first British club to win what would be the Champions League, the European Cup, and they did so in a certain style.
“That set the DNA for this club. So it’s not just about winning. Coaches and managers will say ‘it’s only about winning,’ but at Celtic it really is more than that.
“You can go to quite a lot of teams in the Premier League, and it would be nowhere near it. It would be like a holiday compared to managing Celtic, or Rangers for that matter.”
