Images published by Buckinghamshire Fly-Tipping on October 18 show that the interior of vehicle has been completely destroyed, whilst it is also missing a wheel.

Windows have been removed, some of its exterior panels have been peeled off, whilst broken planks of wood, plywood and cardboard have all been left inside the caravan.

The discovery was made in the village of Slapton, which is based along the Buckinghamshire-Bedfordshire border.

In a very brief statement, Buckinghamshire Fly Tipping said: “A static caravan [has been] dumped filled with waste [in] Slapton, Buckinghamshire.

“[The] dumping [is] now under investigation.”

Conservative councillor Peter Brazier, who represents the Ivinghoe ward, said: “Our fantastic investigation team are on this.”

Those responsible could face a four-figure fine or potential imprisonment.
