Thames Water pushed back a decision on whether it’ll appeal a ruling by the regulator on how much it can charge customers and return to investors, as negotiations with creditors over a rescue deal drag on.
The UK’s biggest water and sewage company saidBloomberg Terminal it’ll decide whether to pursue the case at a later date, without being more specific.
