The M60 motorway has reopened to traffic after a crash near the Trafford Centre tonight (Wednesday, October 22).
Emergency services were called to the incident on the clockwise carriageway near Junction 10 at around 7pm.
The motorway was shut to traffic for more than an hour as a result of the incident, with the closure causing severe traffic delays in the area.
One driver suffered minor injuries in the incident, according to Greater Manchester Police.
The M60 has now fully reopened.

A Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Just after 7pm this evening (Wednesday 22nd October), one fire engine from Eccles fire station was called to reports of a road traffic collision involving three vehicles on the M60 between junction 9 and 10.
“The crew arrived quickly at the scene. Firefighters used a Hearth Kit to make the vehicles safe. Firefighters were in attendance for around twenty minutes.”
Confirming the motorway had reopened, a National Highways spokesperson said: “The M60 in Greater Manchester is now open clockwise within J10 Trafford Park following a multi vehicle collision. Please allow extra time if travelling in the area as delays of 45 mins remain.”
