The company has already introduced several programmes supporting women in rugby, including the Gallagher High Performance Academy, a joint initiative with World Rugby aimed at increasing the number of female coaches and leaders in senior roles, and the Gallagher Touchline Academy, designed to train 2,000 state school teachers by 2028 through collaborations with Premiership Rugby clubs.
