OnCourse2Recovery, launched by Southampton golfer Kieran Coxall, aims to explore the relationship between addiction recovery and the game of golf through candid conversations and personal stories.
The 26-year-old was inspired to launch the YouTube podcast after his own experience with addiction, which began at the age of 13.
Kieran is also Quality Assurance Manager at civil engineering and groundworks provider Gracelands – a company he has been connected to since he was 18 years old. (Image: Gracelands)
Mr Coxall said: “I’ve struggled with alcohol and drug addiction since I was 13 years old, but I’ve been in recovery since September 2023.
“Podcasts were a huge lifeline for me – they’re a big reason why I started my journey in the first place.
“I wanted to set up my own now that I’ve come out the other side and inspire others who may not even realise they’re suffering with addiction to start their own recovery.”
Each episode is released on a Thursday at 6pm and features Mr Coxall and a guest discussing their experiences with a game of golf.

He said: “Some of the conversations we have can get quite heavy, so I wanted to include the golf element to keep things positive.
“I’d recommend to anyone on their recovery journey to find an outlet like golf – it gave me a new focus and something I could put my energy into.”
Alongside his podcast, Mr Coxall works as a quality assurance manager at Gracelands, a civil engineering and groundworks company he has been involved with since he was 18.
Andrew Grogan, managing director at Gracelands, said: “We’re so proud of Kieran at Gracelands.
“He’s come so far and we were delighted to hear about the podcast – it’s a chance for him to speak about something so many face but often don’t discuss openly.
“We’re all excited to see where this new project takes him.”
OnCourse2Recovery aims to shine a light on addiction and recovery, while also promoting the positive impact of hobbies and healthy routines.
Listeners can tune in on YouTube on a Thursday at 6pm.
