Caleb Okoli has been handed his first Leicester City start in seven games with the centre-back one of four changes for the clash at Millwall.

Okoli had started the season as part of Marti Cifuentes’ first-choice back-line but was dropped for Wout Faes following the 2-2 draw with Oxford last month.

Now the Italian comes back in to partner Jannik Vestergaard, with Faes dropping to the bench. City have failed to record a clean sheet in any of their last five games.

The three other changes were expected, with Ricardo Pereira, Aaron Ramsey and Jeremy Monga coming back in to the side. Hamza Choudhury, Boubakary Soumare and Patson Daka drop out.

With Daka only on the bench, it means Jordan Ayew starts up front again and he’ll hope to get on the scoresheet. City’s strikers have collectively scored one goal so far this season.

Stephy Mavididi is back on the bench having missed the last three matches with a hamstring injury, with Victor Kristiansen making way.

Luke Thomas keeps his spot at left-back, with Harry Winks and Jordan James joining Ramsey in midfield. Abdul Fatawu completes the front three with Ayew and Monga.

City (4-3-3): Stolarczyk; Ricardo, Okoli, Vestergaard, L Thomas; Winks, James, Ramsey; Fatawu, Ayew, Monga.

Subs: Begovic, Choudhury, Faes, Soumare, Skipp, Mavididi, S Thomas, Carranza, Daka.
