A Northern Ireland cardiac surgery unit at the centre of a review that revealed a litany of bullying and poor behaviour “remains dysfunctional”, a new report into the Trust’s response has found.

The report was carried out by DCO Partners into the unit at the Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH) earlier this year.
