Oh boy, we’ve got a particularly prevalent feeling that November 2025’s PS Plus Essential lineup won’t please everyone.
Confirmed earlier this week, the latest selection is made up of three titles — and we’ve got a bit of a problem right off the bat.
Indeed, the headline act is Stray, a very good game, by all accounts, but it was previously available through PS Plus Extra. The cat sim was treated as a major get for Sony’s subscription service, and so to see it again on the cheaper plan — as November’s highlight — is a little underwhelming.
Still, at least there’s some variety here. EA Sports WRC 24 is a rock solid rally racer, and at this point, a very robust package. Sports titles are always contentious additions to PS Plus, but we do think this is a decent pick.
And to round things off, we’ve got Totally Accurate Battle Simulator — again, something completely different. This weird sim (and we use the term ‘sim’ very lightly) lets you create your own crazy battlefields between loads of different factions. It’s good fun if you fancy something a bit… freeform.
So we’ve got three decent games up for grabs, but do you think they’re good enough? As always, vote in our polls, and then explain your stance in the comments section below.

A little too much, some might say.
