Strictly Come Dancing fans have been left ‘absolutely heartbroken’ after a spoiler leaked late on Saturday night, revealing the identity of the latest star to be sent home. The eliminated contestant was one of the favourites to win the entire show.
Saturday’s Strictly saw another themed week following the excitement of Icons Week, with the remaining celebrities and their professional partners transforming into various characters. The Halloween weekend live show proved to be full of treats.
Vicky Pattison started the BBC show with an American Smooth and was told she was ‘heading for the final’ after scoring an impressive 31 out of 40. Lewis Cope, who had odds of 4/1 with the bookies to get the first 40 of the series, did just that.
La Voix and Karen Carney also defied the odds, shooting up the leaderboard, while Harry and Karen finished at the bottom with 26, reports Chronicle Live.
The Strictly spoiler leaked late on Saturday, leaving fans in disbelief over the elimination. One fan reacted: ‘Oh wow!, Definitely didn’t expect them to leave just yet!’ while another agreed: ‘Another week or two. This was too soon. ‘.
Many were simply shocked by the result. The Halloween Week results will be fully revealed on Sunday night on BBC One, featuring a Monsters Ball themed routine from the professionals and music from Celebrity Traitors star Cat Burns.
