EastEnders spoilers follow for Monday’s episode (3 November), which is available to watch now on streaming service BBC iPlayer and hasn’t yet aired on TV.
EastEnders’ Zoe Slater has faced three huge setbacks, as her stalker nightmare takes another dark turn. Last week’s episodes saw a host of spooky goings-on in The Vic, with a photo smashed and smeared with blood and Zoe locked in the barrel store by a suspected intruder.
Following the previous night’s Halloween horror, Kat resolved to help her daughter in whatever way possible in today’s episode – determined not to let her down like she was by her own mum.

However, Alfie was more suspicious, and remained adamant that there was no one after Zoe, as the police didn’t find anything when they arrived at the pub.
Zoe was called to a meeting at the café with her private investigator, who told her that Sharon wishes to close the case of Zoe’s adopted son immediately, after she found out that Dennis isn’t really the dad.

With Zoe having begged her to keep going, PI Blake revealed that she had made significant progress and had “traced a key piece of the jigsaw” – but she would need £3,000 to divulge this information.
Zoe was left with no way to get the cash, but she soon got even more bad news when Freddie told her that her new kitten, named Mini Mo, had gone missing.
As she headed out to search for her pet, Zoe feared that the person who was targeting her had taken Mini Mo to make another threat against her.

Anthony spotted her in a vulnerable state in the Square and resolved to help find the kitten, and Zoe apologised for accusing her of stalking her the previous night.
The pair had a frank chat about the situation, with Anthony encouraging Zoe to stop worrying about these mysterious threats and focus on Kat and finding her son.
But later at home, Kat and Alfie rushed to Zoe’s side when she shouted from upstairs, and they discovered that dozens of Slater family photos had been pinned up on the wall – with Zoe’s face scored out in each one.
