Whether Robert opens up to Aaron or Victoria or someone else, or even Kev, is not shared, but the picture hints it could be the former two. As for the second huge episode that week, Bear’s whereabouts are finally revealed as well as his storyline.

He gets a standalone episode that finally tells viewers what “uncontrollable situation” he has faced alone for months. We saw him flee the village around July, and it was clear something was wrong.

Bear was acting out, lashing out at people and he seemed forgetful and confused. Amid fears for his health, he fled and lied about where he was going.

Next week we find out what has gone on in the days since his exit, and where he is now. The spoiler teases a “descent into hard times” as we find out what’s really been going on for the past few months.

But when Paddy’s daughter Eve is convinced she’s seen her missing grandfather during a walk in the woods, Matty is convinced she’s gotten confused because they’re playing a bear hunt game. But has Eve really seen Bear?
