Ant and Dec have left fans in suspense with a new video hinting at the line-up for the 2025 series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

This comes hot on the heels of the debut trailer for the upcoming series, celebrating the programme’s 25th edition. The trailer features Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly preparing a bushtucker trial-inspired Christmas feast, while also confirming that the new ITV series will kick off on Sunday, November 16.

The one-minute preview shows the hosts interrupting a family’s festive celebrations to serve up dishes filled with ingredients typically found in food trials, where celebrities must eat disgusting fare to earn stars for their campmates.

Ant announced: “It’s the most wonderful time of the year and it’s about to get even better with the news that the new series of I’m A Celebrity is just weeks away!”

In a new clip shared on the official Ant and Dec Instagram profile, they can be seen attempting to throw a pen into a mug, stating: “If we get the pen in the cup we’ll reveal the I’m A Celeb line-up,” reports the Mirror.

The pair then intentionally miss their target, with Ant snatching the pen from Dec’s hand.

They captioned the post: “Ah well, guess you’ll have to wait.”

There has been a flurry of speculation about who will be heading into the Australian jungle following last year’s star-studded cast.

The last series of the reality show saw McFly’s Danny Jones snatch the jungle crown, whilst Coleen Rooney finished as runner-up and Reverend Richard Coles claimed third spot. The previous year’s line-up boasted a stellar cast featuring Coronation Street’s Alan Halsall, Loose Women and TikTok star GK Barry, former pugilist Barry McGuigan, choreographer Oti Mabuse and N-Dubz’s Tulisa Contostavlos.

Rumours are swirling about which famous faces will swap their creature comforts for the harsh Australian outback this time around. Model and television personality Christine McGuinness has fuelled speculation about her potential involvement after suggesting she’s embracing a more daring approach this year.

Speaking at the Pride of Britain Awards, she admitted: “In the past I was never away from my children; I’d be frightened of the creepy crawlies; I have sensory issues. I have never been outside Europe so flying over there would be quite a challenge, but I’ve got a bit of ‘f*** it’.”

Emmerdale star Lisa Riley has remained firmly in the producers’ sights – and she’s acknowledged that the invitations continue to arrive. She told the Daily Star in 2023: “They ask me every year. They dangle that big carrot every year. I’ve always said ‘no’, but the older I get… I’m 47. I always go, ‘Corr, I’m getting old’.”

Television presenter and entertainer Denise Van Outen is also tipped to be jungle-bound. A Ladbrokes representative informed Heart Radio: “It looks like the stars have finally aligned to give us Denise van Outback in 2025.

“With a new album due in the autumn and a tour scheduled for the spring, there’s a conspicuous gap in her calendar that she could fill with a Bushtucker Trial or two.”

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! is set to return on ITV1 and ITVX come Sunday, 16th November.
