Black Friday may still be a few weeks away, but online retailers have already started to slash the prices of phones, broadband prices and more – and Sky has joined the fray.

The TV and broadband provider has cut the price of its Samsung Galaxy S25 phone plans to its lowest-ever price from £28 a month to £22 a month with a £12 upfront cost. That means that shoppers can save £216 over the three-year contract period.

Overall, shoppers will pay £804 for the device, but one thing to consider is that this price doesn’t include data. The good news is that Sky is offering 50GB of data for £10 a month for nine months of the plan.

Tech experts at our sister paper the Daily Express reviewed the Galaxy S25. Deputy tech editor Henry Burrell said: “I won’t bury the lede with this review of the Samsung Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus. These phones are incredibly similar to every Galaxy S phone Samsung has released since the Galaxy S22 and S22 Plus in 2022.

“The design has barely changed, and the cameras are literally the same, meaning if you are looking to upgrade your Android phone, there isn’t a lot here that’s new – on paper, at least. That’s not to say these aren’t excellent phone(s), because they are.

Other reviewers also shared their thoughts. One reviewer said: “After using the Samsung Galaxy S25 for a few weeks, I can confidently say it’s one of the best smartphones I’ve ever owned. Right out of the box, it impresses with its sleek, modern design and premium build quality – thin, lightweight, and perfectly balanced in the hand.

“The display is, as always with Samsung, absolutely stunning. The Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen delivers vibrant colours, deep contrast, and super-smooth 120Hz refresh rate — watching videos or gaming feels incredibly immersive.”
