An SDLP motion is to be tabled in the Assembly on Monday calling for reform of Stormont rules to make it easier for ministers to be removed from office.
It will be debated following a vote of ‘no confidence’ in DUP Education Minister Paul Givan, which will not see him ousted, no matter how many MLAs back it, as only a party leader can remove one of their ministers.
