Liam Gallagher made a promise to the crowd at Wembley Stadium during Oasis’ first night in London.
The tour has already seen them perform at Heaton Park in Manchester for five dates. Before that, the Gallagher brothers reunited on stage for the first time in 16 years at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium at the start of the month.
Before then, Oasis hadn’t performed together since V Festival in 2009, which led to a backstage fight at a gig in Paris and the band’s split.
The hit tour was announced last August which caused a mass frenzy with fans desperate to get tickets and spending hundreds just to see the band perform.
Almost 80,000 fans arrived at the venue during each night at Heaton Park, with fans queuing for hours in advance before the doors opened at 3pm.
The five nights in Manchester caused chaos, as hundreds of fans without tickets made their way over to “Gallagher’s Hill” to see the band perform from afar.
Over their seven nights in Wembley, it’s thought that Oasis will perform to around 630,000 people before they head to North America at the end of their UK leg.

They’ll also play the following London dates: Wednesday, July 30, Saturday, August 2, and Sunday, August 3.
There will then be an eight-week gap which will see Oasis perform dates in Edinburgh and Dublin, and abroad, before they return for their two final dates at Wembley on Saturday, September 27 and Sunday, September 28.
During the first night at Wembley on Friday night, not only was Hollywood megastar Tom Cruise in the audience, but Liam Gallagher made a promise to his thousands of fans.
Often finding himself at the centre of controversy throughout his career, he told the crowd that he’s just going to keep himself quiet while on tour.
He announced: “Every time I open my mouth these days I seem to get myself in f***ing trouble. So I’m just gonna sing.”
Liam then took various breaks, stepping off the stage while Noel took the reins and kept the audience entertained. However, Liam still made quips with the crowd throughout, including jokingly telling fans off during a scuffle.
The frontman quipped: “Sort it out. Fighting at this f***ing time of the day? At least wait until it gets dark.”
