It has been a difficult few months for Evan Ferguson but the forward has finally shown what he is made of.
Ferguson joined Roma on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion despite links to Celtic earlier in the transfer window.
Things haven’t gone to plan for the Republic of Ireland international and 67 Hail Hail revealed that Ferguson could be a target for Celtic in January.

Poll: Which position do Celtic need to strengthen in the 2026 January transfer window? Evan Ferguson finally scores first goal for Roma
After a long time coming, Ferguson finally ended his wait for a goal in a Roma shirt.
Roma were 3-1 winners against a Cremonese side featuring former Celtic target Jamie Vardy in a much-needed win for Gian Piero Gasperini’s men.
Initially starting as a substitute, Ferguson came off the bench to score Roma’s second goal shortly after the hour mark.
He could be seen shushing the doubters as part of his celebration, and it is hopefully the first of many for the 21-year-old.
