Meta must provide UK class representative with DMA documents

The UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal has ordered Meta to provide a class representative with relevant documents related to antitrust investigations and litigation in Europe and the US, including the EU’s Digital Markets Act probe into its ‘pay-or-consent’ model.
