On August 14 this year, the person in question was captured via CCTV throwing several bags containing roof tiles in Denham,

After the footage was gathered by the authorities, it traced the items to a man based in the Greater London town, who was given a fixed penalty notice of £1,000.

They avoided prosecution and an appearance in court as they admitted to their guilt at the earliest opportunity.

Bucks Fly Tipping, which is part of Buckinghamshire Council, said: “[They] could have booked to recycle the items for free at their own council’s site.”

In Buckinghamshire, there are 10 recycling centres.

They are based in Beaconsfield, Amersham, Aston Clinton, Aylesbury, Bledlow Ridge, Buckingham, Burnham, Chesham, High Wycombe, and Langley.
