Five Zero Supercars Ltd’s venue at Kingston Farm on Holt Road in Bradford on Avon has been lawfully taken possession of, the freeholder of the site has confirmed.

Tommy Wareham-Dart, the director of the company that owns the venue’s freehold, The Supercar Barns Ltd, confirmed that Five Zeros Supercars Ltd is no longer operating from the Holt Road address. He added that his company plays no part in the running of the latter firm.

According to Five Zeros Supercars’ website, the business is a “state-of-the-art Supercar Barn, Diner, Event and Exhibition space displaying a selection of impressive supercars including Aston Martin, Ferrari, Lamborghini.”

The company’s Instagram page appears to show that it formerly hosted events such as “exclusive gourmet dinners”, auctions, and parties for events such as F1 races.

This paper has attempted to contact Five Zeros Supercars several times, but has not managed to speak to a representative over the phone, and emails sent to addresses listed on the website have failed to be delivered.

It is now listed as closed on Google and the Five Zeros Supercars Facebook page appears to have been removed.

The business’s Companies House page shows that Five Zeros Supercars Limited has been issued a First Gazette notifying that the company will be struck off the register and dissolved within two months unless it can show cause to the contrary.

As of 2.10pm on Friday, November 28, the company’s website reads: “website under maintenance”.

Mr Wareham-Dart said a number of vehicles remain on the site of the former supercar venue, adding that his company had secured the premises and contacted the owners of the vehicles stored there.

In a statement shared with this paper, Tommy Wareham-Dart said: “As landlord, The Supercar Barns Ltd has lawfully taken back possession of the premises following prolonged non-payment of rent and multiple breaches of their commercial lease.

“To avoid any confusion, neither I nor any of my companies have ever been directors, shareholders or involved in the running of Five Zeros as a business. Our role has been solely as the freehold owner of the site.

“A number of customer vehicles remain inside the building, and our immediate priority has been to secure the premises and ensure all vehicles are protected, insured and accessible to their owners.

“We have already begun contacting those customers directly with clear next steps.”
