The first pictures of prop Liam Byrne as part of the group have now been revealed following the Ireland international’s move from Wigan Warriors.

Having featured extensively in the Warriors’ run to the Super League Grand Final, the 26-year-old was given an extended amount of time off but joined his new teammates for the first time last week.

Like Byrne, the signings of Albert Hopoate, Toafofoa Sipley, Josh Smith and James Bentley were confirmed either during the 2025 season or prior to the start of pre-season and as such, they have joined the group at different times.

Kelepi Tanginoa started training once his move from Hull KR was confirmed at the end of last month.

It is thought the only player now yet to report back to training is skipper George Williams, who played in all three of England’s Ashes matches against Australia with the series ending on November 8.

He is expected back before the squad breaks for the Christmas period.
