Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Neil Jones, 43, is caught in the middle of a bitter feud between his family and his fiancée, Love Island star Chyna Mills. The couple welcomed a daughter Havana in 2023 and held a baptism ceremony for the tot on Monday December 8. While it should have been a happy occassion Chyna, 27, took to social media to slam Neil’s family over their “constant disrespect”.

She accused his family of “bullying and disrespect” in a lengthy post on her Instagram stories after she had shared sweet images from Havana’s big day. “It’s heartbreaking when people try to ruin the most beautiful moments in my daughter’s life,” she penned. “I’ve faced bullying, racism, and constant disrespect from a so called MIL since the moment I met her. This year I decided enough was enough and gave her the chance to speak about whatever one sided issue she had of course, I was ignored. I’ve done everything I could to build relationships, yet nothing was ever reciprocated,” she claimed.

She continued, explaining that the bad blood had spilled over into Havana’s baptism saying none of Neil’s family attended.

“Havana’s baptism was a special day, and his family chose not to attend out of loyalty to her and they refuse to acknowledge what’s unfolded over the past few years. That’s on them.

“But I won’t accept negative comments or false narratives on my baby girl’s special moments. All that matters is Havana being surrounded by love. Her happiness comes first. Always,” she concluded.

Express.co.uk contacted Neil Jones representatives who declined to comment.

Prior to venting her anger about the familial situation Chyna had gushed about the “special day” which was attended by Neil’s Strictly co-star Lauren Oakley who is one of Havana’s godparents.

Alongside stylish black and white images of the proud parents with their daughter she wrote: “Havana’s christening. Such a special day surrounded by the people who love her most.

“Thank you to her amazing godparents, and to our friends and my family for being there to celebrate our baby girl! Our hearts are so full.”

Proud godmother Lauren commented on the post: “Love her so much. A beautiful day x.”
