Enzo Maresca has said Cole Palmer and Wesley Fofana should be available for tomorrow’s Premier League clash with Everton.

Chelsea head into tomorrow’s game at Stamford Bridge in fifth position in the Premier League, one point and two places above Everton.

The Blues will once again be without Moises Caicedo, as he serves the third and final game of his domestic ban, having featured in Europe on Tuesday night.

Levi Colwill, Romeo Lavia and Dario Essugo remain sidelined and they were joined on the injury list by Liam Delap last weekend following his shoulder injury against Bournemouth.

In today’s pre-match press conference, Maresca was also asked about the availability of Palmer after he was left at home for our mid-week trip to Italy.

He said: ‘Cole is ok, he is better and he is available at the moment. We have one more session this afternoon.

‘Yesterday he finished the session with us with a mixed feeling but overall he is ok.’

Fofana came on as a substitute at half-time of our Champions League defeat to Atalanta but was then later forced off with an eye injury he suffered during a slide tackle.

But Maresca confirmed: ‘He is available, he is fine. He took part in the session yesterday and is completely fine.’

Maresca was also asked how long Delap would be out for, replying: ‘We don’t know yet. It could be two, three, four weeks. We don’t know exactly how many days he will need.’
