In 2026, Milton Post Office and Apollo Pharmacy will relocate to Signal Yard as part of the park’s evolving commercial centre.
They will join a range of independent eateries, such as 1885 Burgers, Planted Plates, and Chor Muang Thai, as well as a new venue from award-winning brewery Tap Social, a state-of-the-art Damira Dental practice, and various other amenities.
Zaeem Bajwa, postmaster, said: “The move marks an exciting new chapter for the long-standing local service.
“Signal Yard is set to become the region’s most exciting place to be, and we are delighted to be part of it.
“This move allows us to expand our services and continue supporting busy professionals, businesses, residents, and visitors alike.”
Currently based at 11 Park House, the post office and pharmacy will help bring Signal Yard closer to its goal of becoming Oxfordshire’s most convenient and connected place for work, entertainment, wellbeing and everyday life.
Visitors will be able to send and receive post, access personal and business banking services, pick up prescriptions or personal care items and even get vaccinations, all in one easily accessible location.
Pharmacist Abdirahman Hassan said: “Apollo Pharmacy has been a trusted first point of contact in the park for healthcare since 2012, providing treatment for common conditions, over-the-counter medicines, professional consultations, and comprehensive prescription services.
“Many people don’t realise that a pharmacy is often the quickest route to effective treatment.
“Moving to a larger premises at Signal Yard will allow us to enhance our services, better support our community, and make healthcare even more accessible.”
The new pharmacy will include two purpose-built consultation rooms and offer an expanded range of services, including travel vaccinations, as well as key NHS services such as Pharmacy First, blood pressure checks, flu vaccinations and contraception.
Clare Fleet, Commercial Surveyor at Milton Park, said the addition of these services further strengthens the significant value Signal Yard brings to the area:
Ms Fleet said: “We’re really pleased to welcome these on-site provisions.
“The combination of postal and healthcare amenities adds meaningful value for Milton Park occupiers.
“It creates a space that truly supports everyday life and gives local residents convenient access to the essential services they rely on.”
Its thoughtfully designed setting includes beautiful landscaped green spaces, seamless indoor-outdoor connections and areas for relaxing or socialising.
The relocation of Milton Post Office and Apollo Pharmacy will ensure that occupiers and the wider community benefit from reliable access to essential services and healthcare, while also enjoying Signal Yard’s enticing mix of amenities and dedicated wellbeing spaces, making Milton Park a truly connected and thriving place to be.
