Super League have revealed the five best-supported teams at Magic Weekend 2026 based on early ticket sales with Hull KR leading the way.

Magic Weekend will head to Liverpool once again, having previously been played at Anfield in 2019, however, this time the showpiece event will be held at Everton’s stadium.

The Hill Dickinson Stadium was a hit when used for the second Test in the Ashes and such success has seen Super League decide to take Magic Weekend there in 2026, with six games set to be played at the ground across the weekend of 4th and 5th of July.

A seventh fixture between Catalans Dragons and Toulouse Olympique will be held at a neutral venue in the south of France that same weekend but it’s still to be confirmed.

As for the games in England, they’ve been locked in as rivalry games with Hull KR verus Hull FC the big game on Saturday, before Leeds Rhinos take on Bradford Bulls and Wigan Warriors face St Helens on Sunday.

Such an exciting line-up has led to record-breaking pre-sale numbers with over 25,000 tickets sold before the general sale window opened today. That represented an increase of 400% on last year and it’s now been confirmed which clubs are selling the most tickets, with treble winners Hull KR leading the way.

Hull KR top early ticket sales for Super League Magic Weekend

Super League have confirmed the five teams who have sold the most tickets and it’s a host of teams involved in the two major rivalry games.

Hull KR top the ticket sales with last year’s Grand Final runners-up Wigan Warriors in second, ahead of their Magic Weekend opponents St Helens.

Hull FC rank fourth with Leigh Leopards, who play Warrington Wolves to round out the Saturday, rank fifth.

No figures have been confirmed yet but if over 25,000 tickets had been sold across 12 teams, and some neutrals, then it’s fair to assume that Hull KR have sold well over 2,000 with most of the remaining top five also likely passing that mark.

Ticket sales are expected to continue to thrive now that the general sale has now opened with the pre-sale only available to season ticket holders and others who registered for a priority window.

Information on the event and how to buy tickets can be found in the embedded tweet below.
