During the latest instalment of Good Morning Britain, Susanna Reid and Richard Madeley were presenting the day’s top stories for ITV viewers.

She announced: “Good Morning Britain, back tomorrow from six. I’m saying goodbye for Christmas! I will see you next year, now it’s time to join Lorraine. Happy Christmas.”

The 64 year-old confirmed that GMB’s new timetable for 2026 will conflict with his commitments on GB News.

He reflected: “This is my last time on Good Morning Britain. We’ve been doing it, do you know Susanna, for a decade. Kevin and I were doing this with you on the BBC many years ago.

“However, Maguire and I continue our double act because we have our own podcast.”
