A couple in a transparent kayak was greeted recently by a large tiger shark that produced several anxious moments and lots of nervous laughter.
“Baby, he’s coming to have a look at us,” Lauren, of the jay.and.loz Instagram page, warns at the beginning of the clip. The footage, posted below, was captured at Shark Bay in Western Australia.

The couple’s audible reactions, especially those of Lauren (Loz?), become amplified with each passing of shark that appears to be investigating a potential source of prey. (Tiger sharks have been known to bite floating objects such as kayaks and surfboards.)

Note the smaller shark that approaches the kayak first, only to be frightened off by the tiger shark.
