If you’re using nasal sprays to treat congestion or allergies, you’ll want to check out the latest recall: ReBoost and ClearLife Nasal Sprays have been recalled due to contamination with mold, yeast, and bacteria.
The FDA recall, which was just expanded to include ClearLife nasal spray, involves all lots of both products, which were distributed nationwide. You can see the packaging below.

The products have the following UPC codes and NDC numbers:
ReBoost Nasal Spray: NDC number is 62795-4005-9 and the UPC# is 787647 10186 3ClearLife Allergy Nasal Spray: NDC number is 62795-4006-9 and the UPC# is 787647 10188 7
The products were found to have mold, yeast, and unsafe levels of a bacteria called Achromobacter, which could potentially cause life-threatening infections in immunocompromised people. So far, there have been no reports of illnesses related to the recall.
If you have the nasal spray, you should stop using it immediately, and either throw out the product or return it to the store for a full refund.
