The fault caused the satellite’s propulsion tank to vent unexpectedly, sending it tumbling to Earth.A small amount of debris was released, but SpaceX said it is tracking the objects with NASA and the US Space Force.The satellite is expected to burn up completely as it re-enters Earth’s atmosphere in the coming weeks.
