The influencer KSI closely watched the fight between Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul overnight, giving his thoughts on social media in the aftermath. The highly anticipated showdown unfolded in the early hours of Saturday and quickly became one of the most talked‑about fights in recent boxing memory. Paul, who had spent most of his career at cruiserweight before moving up to heavyweight, entered the bout with a 12-1 record.

Joshua ultimately emerged victorious. The early rounds were cautious, with Paul relying on movement and clinches to avoid damage while Joshua looked to land heavier shots. As the fight progressed, Joshua took control, dropping Paul twice in the fifth round and again in the sixth before a powerful right hand sent him crashing to the canvas. Paul suffered a broken jaw from the knockout blow.

Following the win, KSI – real name Olajide Olatunji – shared a picture from the fight and wrote on X (formerly Twitter): “Congratulations AJ.” Hours later, he tweeted: “Now I just need an Arsenal win and Andrew Tate to get knocked out and then this will be a fantastic weekend.”

Back in October, fans were stunned by reports that Tate had seemingly taken over KSI’s role as Misfits Boxing CEO. The British social media star founded the promotion three years ago alongside co‑president Mams Taylor, as well as Kalle and Nisse Sauerland. In recent months, Tate and KSI have exchanged plenty of verbal jabs online, and the ‘Top G’ revealed how their feud first began.

“KSI was fighting… I can’t remember who exactly. He said something negative about me, and I responded by saying I had nothing against him,” Tate explained on The W.A.D.E. Concept. “I have respect for anyone who gets in the ring.” After a follow-up message from KSI, Tate expanded on his fallout with the Sidemen star.

“And, I was like… In this whole new generation, you cannot show anyone respect nowadays,” he added. “You cannot even be nice to people. It’s f****** ridiculous. And, from that point, I realised he had to lose his company.”

The 39‑year‑old revealed in a separate interview with iFL TV that he would be open to facing KSI in the ring. At present, it remains unclear when Olatunji will return to the squared circle, as he recently underwent hand surgery.

KSI has not competed since his decision loss to Tommy Fury more than two years ago. “I just took KSI’s business. It’s just one of those things. I took KSI’s business. I did not have to fight. I could have just took his business and been a businessman, but I decided to take his business and be a fighter for a while. Why not?” said Tate.

He added: “We will see. It depends. I am the CEO, so I can… I was about to say how much I would get paid, but it’s my decision, isn’t it? So I guess it is going to happen because to pay myself a f***load of money. So, yeah, sure!”
