Following her high-profile split from I’m A Celeb host Ant McPartlin, Lisa Armstrong is said to have found love again with an actor that is 15 years her junior.
It has been reported that Lisa, a 49 year old make-up artist who has worked on Strictly Come Dancing, has been quietly dating actor Grant Kilburn, 34, for the past few weeks. The two were thought to have met after being introduced by Lisa’s Strictly pals Stacey Dooley and Kevin Clifton.
Stacey and Kevin, who are also in a relationship following their time together on the dance show, are both currently in 2:22 A Ghost Story alongside Grant. The play is touring the UK and, in early October, stopped at the Theatre Royal in Brighton, where Lisa is said to have met her new beau.

According to the Daily Mail, the Strictly couple introduced Lisa to their co-star and sparks started to fly. A source told the paper: “Lisa and Grant have really hit it off – and it’s put the smile back on her face.”
They added that the relationship is in its “early stages” and the couple are “keeping it low-key” due to Lisa’s past history with public relationships. “Lisa went through a painful and very public split with Ant and she doesn’t want to get hurt again,” the source said.
The source continued to say that though Grant has been touring his play and Lisa has been working on Strictly, they see each other when they can and take their relationship “one day at a time”.
Back in 2024, Lisa seemed to be readying herself to move on after a series of romantic and personal setbacks. The make-up artist posted to social media at the end of the year: “You spent 2024 in survival mode. 2025 is your time to rise, rebuild, and thrive.” At the time, Lisa was single, whilst her ex husband Ant was celebrating his first Christmas as a father, with new wife Ann-Marie and their son Wilder.

Lisa and Ant split in 2018 after 12 years of marriage. Their relationship had begun years earlier, as they met as teenagers, when she was in a band called Deuce, which performed alongside Ant during his 1994 Smash Hits tour. At the time, Ant was performing as one half of PJ & Duncan, alongside his long term collaborator, Dec Donnelly. Ant and Lisa were together for more than 10 years before tying the knot in 2006.
In 2017, rumours started to circulate that Ant and Lisa had split. This was confirmed by Ant’s representative in 2018. Shortly after, he was linked to the couple’s personal assistant, Anne-Marie Corbett. Speculation started to swirl, and Lisa added fuel to the flames by responding to a fan who had written about the rumours on X with: “Yeah, my friend and our PA who I let into our home.”
Ant is now married to Anne-Marie, having gotten hitched in 2021. The pair welcomed their son last year. Lisa later started dating electrician James Green and the two moved in together, but in 2023, they broke up and he moved out. That same year, her £5 million Chiswick home, which she bought following her divorce from Ant, was damaged in a fire.
Likewise, Grant has suffered a few setbacks in his life. The actor was just 23 years old when he collapsed whilst out with his brother, after having a stroke caused by two blood clots at the base of his brain. Following his experience, Grant has helped raise awareness for the Stroke Association.
