Trees collected at the drop-off points will be recycled by being chipped into mulch.
The mulch will be used locally to help retain moisture around plant roots and to reduce weed growth.
Drop-off points are open from Wednesday, December 31 to Wednesday, January 14 at the following locations:

Cllr Geoffrey Blunden, portfolio holder for environment and sustainability, said: “Last year we saw a great response from residents, and I would encourage everyone with a real tree to use one of our drop-off points and help us recycle as many trees as possible.”
