Megyn said that Jane Fonda instantly “comes to mind” when she was was asked to name the “meanest” celebrities she’s met.
Back in 2017, the Oscar winner slammed Megyn for asking about her plastic surgery procedures when she appeared on her Today show to discuss her movie Our Souls at Night with late co-star Robert Redford.
Megyn claimed that before the interview, Robert‘s PR person went up to her and begged, “For the love of God, don’t talk about their sex scenes.”
“He doesn’t want to talk about them. Steer her to any other topic. It makes him uncomfortable,” Robert‘s publicist allegedly said to her.
Megyn said that she “listened” to the request and decided to ask Jane about her plastic surgery instead, since the actress has openly talked about the work she’s had done in the past.
“She was offended that I wasn’t steering her there,” Megyn claimed. “She really wanted to talk about their sex scenes.”
