Manchester United make the trip to Yorkshire to face fierce rivals Leeds United on Sunday afternoon.
The Red Devils were held to a 1-1 draw by the Premier League’s bottom side, Wolves, in their last outing, and have now won just two of their last six games in the competition.
Ruben Amorim will hope to see his side return to winning ways at Elland Road, but the Whites have been in fine form of late and now sit seven points clear of the relegation zone.
Ahead of their trip to Leeds, it has emerged that Man United are one of a number of clubs interested in a Brazilian starlet.
According to journalist Eduardo Burgos, via CaughtOffside, the Red Devils have joined the likes of AC Milan in showing interest in Vasco da Gama wonderkid Rayan.
The 19-year-old is quickly building a fine reputation in his native Brazil, having scored 23 goals and provided two assists in 98 appearances for his current side.

The forward – who can also play on the right flank – has netted 16 times in 64 Brazilian top flight matches throughout his short career so far, but his performances have attracted significant interest from elsewhere.
It is claimed that several clubs in the Saudi Arabian Pro League have also been monitoring Rayan, who is under contract at Vasco until the end of the 2027/28 season.
The report also claims that Rayan could be difficult to lure away from his boyhood club, with Vasco likely to demand that his release clause – set at around £69 million – is met in order to allow him to leave.
While a January move appears unlikely for the attacker, the report suggests that the player’s future could be one to keep an eye on this summer.
