Michael Owen is convinced that Leeds head coach Daniel Farke and Red Devils manager Ruben Amorim would be “disappointed” by the full-time result.

“I think overall both managers won’t be disappointed with a point apiece,” he said, as per the Premier League official website.

“Manchester United bump up a place, Leeds United get a point.”

“I think [Man Utd will] be reasonably pleased to be honest,” he said.

“I expected more intensity, more fire from the home team. Whatever they’ve thrown at [Man Utd], they’ve weathered it.

“They’ll probably go in the happier of the two dressing rooms, albeit having not done what they wanted to do.”

Zirkzee has made 13 Premier League appearances in the 2025-26 Premier League season and the Netherlands international has netted twice and registered an assist.
